About Designer Development, Inc.
Dave Erickson, President, began designing custom homes in 1975.  He has had the same office address for 34 years and is still located there today.The office has evolved through the years and now includes commercial architectural services.  We are still grounded in the values that bring Dave's clients back including second and third generations:

Managing our design team is Chad Erickson, Vice-President of DDI and Project Manager.  He provides support to all of our staff and clients.
